The blend of pineapple and lime juice along with the potent herbal bouquet of Mexican oregano, cilantro, and cumin produce a very authentic flavor. Lime Jalapeño’s heat level is mild, so while it’s flavor-filled, it can be enjoyed by everyone. This was designed for flank steak fajitas but it’s great on chicken, shrimp, tilapia, and unbelievable on a rack of lamb.
